D'hezrel is a naive person who is way too friendly for his own good, he has a great love for food and his constant companion, Layla. He has raised his chocobo from a hatchling, therefore she is dear to him though they have a testy relationship as she can be quite sassy and unruly at times. The Miqo'te will usually try to crack jokes and always keep a smile on everyone's face. D'hez has a lot of internal struggle, but will do his best not to let it show. He has a tragic, bloody past that is only revealed to those he trusts most. Unfortunately, he trusts a little too easily sometimes.

Are you traveling in an area and not very familiar with the roads? D'hezrel has travelled all across Eorzea and is always looking for new companions, he's super friendly--go give him a nudge! He can show you the way.
Do you have a gambling problem? Always down on your luck with no Gil? Wonderful, so does he. You can both bond over your misfortunes and possibly change that.
Are you just lonely on your journey and need a Bard in tow to keep your spirits up? D'hezrel works in exchange for food and good company.
Feel free to suggest other hooks you think would work, I'm open to many ideas and the way-too-friendly-for-his-own-good travelling minstrel will work in many cases!

I prefer discord/forum RP at the moment due to my schedule. Replies may vary! I will always get back to you within a day and let you know otherwise if I cannot make a post :)
I also do not mind if you are a busy person, one post a day is fine with me!
My preferred length of posts are paragraph style or longer, but if you like to write shorter RPs that's alright too, I can adjust.
I'm cool with dark themes, light-hearted themes, almost anything goes just check with me first via OOC and we can plan it out. I consider myself laid back and easy to work with, I'm still trying to build my experience as a roleplayer so I want to try many things. If I become uncomfortable with something, I'll let you know.
I like sticking to lore if possible, but I'm not going to rag on you if you stray from it a little bit, adding creative aspects to the game's existing lore is something I like anyways.
